This website is operated by Suspended Solutions. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Suspended Solutions. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Shipping and Fulfillment
All fulfillment is handled in-house. Orders placed before 2PM CST are shipped the same day. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility, though we will assist in resolving delivery issues on a case-by-case basis.
3. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale accounts are strictly subject to approval. A minimum order of $500 is required for wholesale pricing. Tiered discounts (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are applied based on lifetime total spend. We reserve the right to revoke wholesale access if terms of resale are violated.
4. Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a broken bottle, email [email protected] with your order number immediately for a replacement. Unused products may be exchanged. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.
