Well, literally. Co-founder Jerome Martin was working at a waste facility by day and reading about ancient Egyptian alchemy by night. One evening he came across something called “Ormus.” He dreamt about it. The next morning, he knew he had to figure out how to make it. So he did.
He shared a batch with Greg Harris. Greg (eventually) tried it. The experience changed everything.
What started as a personal experiment became a mission: to bring ancient alchemical wisdom into the modern world, with the scientific rigor it deserves.
