A Note From Greg — Founder, Suspended Solutions

To everyone who has supported Suspended Solutions over these past nearly ten years: thank you. Your support helped build this business, and it’s why I have the opportunity to return.

Many of you have asked where I’ve been and why operations slowed down over the past few years. You deserve an answer.

When Suspended Solutions started in late 2016, we built it around quality, value, and a sincere desire to offer products people could trust. In the years following the pandemic, the company went through serious financial and personal strain. I tried to keep things going, but it eventually became more than I could sustain, and I made the difficult decision to close temporarily and regroup.

Finding my footing again took longer than I expected, and I’m grateful to the customers who kept asking when we would be back.

I also know that some of you experienced poor service or a lack of communication during that time. Whatever was happening behind the scenes, you deserved better. I’m sorry for letting you down.

Stepping away gave me time to reassess the business and rediscover why I started it. Behind the scenes, I’ve been working on new products and improving how we serve you. I’m returning with renewed purpose and a clearer understanding of the care and consistency this business — and its customers — need from me.

One concrete step toward that: we expect a fresh set of third-party lab results (certificates of analysis) in the third week of October. As soon as they arrive, we’ll post them straight to our website and to our Amazon listings, so you can see the testing for yourself.

I know trust is earned through what happens next. My commitment is to communicate more openly, follow through, and give you reasons to feel confident in Suspended Solutions again.
